- 4 Interseafish Cooked King Crab Legs
- 100g salted cream butter on room temperature
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- Dash of olive oil
- Freshly ground pepper and salt
- 1 whole grain baguette
Defrost the Cooked king Crab Legs prior to preparation.
Preheat the oven at 170°C.
Cut the King Crab Legs in half and place them shell side down on a baking tray with baking paper.
Wash and grate the lemon, put the zest in a bowl and add ¾ of the lemon juice. Crush the garlic cloves and add to the bowl together with the salted cream butter on room temperature and mix thoroughly.
Rub the king crab with the lemon/garlic butter and grill for about 15 minutes in the oven once preheated.
Drizzle the last part of lemon juice on top of the king crab legs together with a dash of olive oil and season to taste with some freshly grounded pepper and salt.
Serve together with a whole grain baguette and enjoy!
